Happy #bitcoin Pizza day!
Here it is for you my Original Italian #Pizza recipe:
- Flour 00 (very thin) 800 g
- Water 500 g (cold)
- Extravirgin Olive Oil 25 g
- Salt 25 g
- Sugar 10 g
- Fresh heist 1 g
1) Water + Sugar + Heist , mix in a cup and leave it for 15+ mins covered.
2) Add the mixed liquid onto flower, slowly bit by bit while mixing all togheter. Add Salt and Oil an mix until it has a homogeneous look.
3) Leave it grow for some hrs, 3/4 hrs at least (or more, up to 24hrs, but then keep mixing it every 6 hrs, but believe me 4hrs are enough already).
4) Cut the mixture is single small balls of dough, enough for a pizza, and let them be until you will actually prepare the base before cooking it.
5) I suggest to cook it over 220° up to 300°+, let the oven be super hot before putting it in.
This is it, now you have the "perfect" dough, it's now up to you to make the best of it or ruining it with Pineapple or seafood.. 😌.. GFY or even better, "Vaffanculo"! 🫂💜🤙
