Vanilla ice cream

- 500 gr liquid cream
- 1/2 spoon of sugar (depends how sweet you like)
- 400 g condensed milk
- 1vanilla bean (yoh need the seeds), or flavour.

How:

Whip the liquid cream with the sugar.
Mix vanilla and cold condensed milk, then add the whipped cream.
Mix slowly, from bottom to top.
Put all in a rectangular loaf pan, then cover it with cling film and put in freezer for some hrs (4 at least).
